Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado, remove pit and skin
- 1/2 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 cups finely chopped or shredded Cooked Chicken Breast
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 small Lime
- Cook chicken breast in olive oil, until cooked through.
- Put chicken breast in refrigerator to cool.
- In a medium bowl, mash together avocado and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in garlic, onion powder, sale and pepper.
- Finely chop or shred chicken.
- Add chicken and red onion to avocado mixture and stir until all ingredients are combined.
- Squeeze in half the juice from the lime.
- Enjoy!
