Blueberry Oats

Serving Size: 1 container

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 3/4 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Slivered Almonds

Instructions:

  1. Combine the following and mix together well.
  2. Separate mixture evenly into four tight sealed reusable containers or mason jars.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, put in microwave for one minute.
  5. Stir and enjoy!
